Sveba-Dahlen has been manufacturing baking ovens for fifty years, and tunnel ovens for more than 40 years. We have delivered more than 300 tunnel ovens to customers all over the world. Our extensive experience is your guarantee that the quality of the ovens will meet with your requirements by full measure. We manufacture our tunnel ovens according to a well-proven basic concept, but we custom-design each oven to the specific requirements and therefore in fact none of our tunnel ovens is exactly the same. Our tunnel ovens offer unique flexibility and can be used for all types of products. An oven consists of a number of different heat zones, which each has a separate regulation of the top and bottom heat. This enables optimum setting of the heat curve for each product. |

| Our tunnel ovens are electrically heated or direct gas fired according to customer specifications. They can be fitted with many different types of bands; e.g. fine or wide-spaced wire mesh bands, solid steel bands, sheet metal bands or stone sole. The maximum band width of ovens with wire mesh band is 4 meters. The size of each tunnel oven depends on the customer's capacity requirements, and the layout of the premises. Tunnel ovens are manufactured in two basic versions depending on the temperature range for which they are prepared: i.e. normal temperatures up to 350°C. The Sveba-Dahlen tunnel ovens are renowned for their unequalled reliability and low maintenance costs. |
