Epoc is a windows based software tool for making the everyday work in the bakery quicker and easier. Epoc handles all kinds of Sveba-Dahlén ovens and provers.

Epoc’s start view gives and instant view of the current state all the different equipment in the bakery. What ovens are available at the moment? Which ones of them fits best in temperature for the product i am about to bake?



Recipe handling will never more be complicated matter where special skills are needed. The easy-to-use Windows user interface shows all the program parameters from top to bottom, all in one view. It only takes a few clicks to create a new recipe or to move a recipe from one oven to another. Recipes can even be moved from one bakery to another.



Epoc collects process data 24 hours a day and remembers all information about when you were baking, temperatures, steam pulses, damper openings, alarms etc. When you want to explain what happened during a specific bake, all this information is available for detailed searching via an intuitive graphical user interface.
