Smartbox is intended for freezing/proving
products on baking trays. The unit takes
a small foot print thanks to its compact
design.
Smartbox is well-insulated and has an
easy-to-open door with safe magnet
joint sealing. The programmable panel
automatically switches between cooling
and proving function, according to
the times you set, and can also be
programmed to start the baking oven.
Temperature and defrosting is also
controlled by the panel which has a digital
display of temperature and remaining time.
