Our baguette moulder is a flexible bench moulder for production of French baguettes and other long breads in the medium-sized and small-sized bakeries. 
The machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with valid CE-standards. The machine body is white varnished, the frame and safety bar are made from stainless steel. The side covers in polyester. The machine has an integrated and retractable table. With steel rollers coated with a special plastic. The roller gap and belt gap are separately adjustable by hand wheels on the front side. |
