A small oven with the efficiency and functionality of a large oven Rotating racks have proved to be the most reliable way to achieve an even bake. IBS (Increased Baking Surface) is Sveba-Dahlen's patented system for alternating rotation of the rack. It means that the entire product is baked at the same temperature on all sides, which results in quicker, more energy-efficient and more even baking. Humidity is another factor that affects the results of the baking.
The new S-200 holds up to 6 trays with a mximum size of 600X400 mm.
The outside measurements allows the S-200 to be installed in very small locations
The oven can also be stacked to increase the capacity; the two oves will still operate independently of each other which gives a great flexibility.
