INTERNORGA is bigger and better than ever before in 2009. Just five years after con­struction start, the New Hamburg Fair site will be officially inaugurated by this leading fair for the modern catering and food services market, to be held from 13 to 18 March 2009. The last new hall to go into operation will be B7. The event has more exhibition space than ever, with a total of 87,000 square metres. There will be about 1,000 exhibitors from Germany and abroad at the 83^rd International Fair for the Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Baking and Confectionery Trades. This international industry highlight, presenting innovations, trends and complete solutions, is expected to attract more than 100,000 trade visitors from all parts of the world.
