Hassan Saroe is the winner of the Swedish pizza championship .
Hassan is a chef who has been working as a pizza baker for 17 years.
The pizza that Hassan won with was made with sourdoug with dinkel flour and hampa seeds, coriander tomato sause, red-lable cheese combined with parmesan cheese, kiwi oil, marinated ostrich filé, mango and red chilli with fresh coriander as topping.
The reason that Hassan decided to compete with this pizza is that the taste combinations are new, with a modern taste and colour.
Hassan says that he will be a good representative since follows the trend with ecological ambitions without compromising the taste of the pizza.
